DaRmaZat Publisher Eastasiasoft Limited and developer Frozen Flame Interactive have announced that 2D side-scrolling action-adventure game Okko The Exiled will launch digitally for PC via Steam and GOG on September 30, 2026. Console versions for currently unannounced platforms are in development for release in early 2027 across digital and physical formats.
Featuring hand-drawn pixel art and fluid animations, Okko The Exiled follows Okko as he travels through Kutala, a realm overrun by demons, on his quest to defeat the Demon Lord Yalda and fulfill an ancient oath. Gameplay focuses on precision side-scrolling platforming and real-time combat, with Focus Mode allowing you to break enemy shields. Along the way, you’ll face large-scale boss fights, while The Old Throne serves as a hub where you can interact with allies, buy upgrades, unlock abilities and access optional Underground challenge levels.
Okko The Exiled launches for PC via Steam and GOG on September 30, 2026. A 10% launch discount will be active for the first two weeks.
