Whispers in the Fog Passes 34,000 Wishlists and Shares New Gameplay Trailer

Solo developer Pasquale Scionti has released a new 4K gameplay trailer for Whispers in the Fog, an upcoming horror game in development for PC. The update arrives as the title officially passes 34,000 Steam wishlists.

Powered by Unreal Engine 5, Whispers in the Fog is a first-person psychological horror game built around exploration, atmosphere and environmental storytelling. You wake up with no memory on a rain-soaked road, carrying only a flashlight and backpack as you make your way through abandoned buildings, cemeteries, tunnels and other forgotten places swallowed by fog.

Along the way, you search for clues, inspect objects, solve environmental puzzles and gradually piece together what happened here and why the place feels so familiar. Dynamic weather, volumetric fog, cinematic lighting and spatial 3D audio play a big part in creating the game’s unsettling atmosphere, while strange entities and shadowy figures can force you to decide whether to confront them or stay out of their way.

Whispers in the Fog is coming to PC via Steam, with a release date yet to be announced.
