Paradox Interactive, White Wolf, and developer The Chinese Room have confirmed that both the Lasombra and Toreador clans will now be included in the base version of Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 when it launches on October 21 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG.

Originally planned as premium content, these clans are now part of the core experience thanks to community feedback. Players will be able to embrace the Toreador’s seductive artistry or command the shadows as a Lasombra from day one, joining the Brujah, Tremere, Banu Haqim, and Ventrue as the six playable clans.
Alongside this reveal, Paradox also unveiled two narrative-driven post-launch expansions:
- Loose Cannon (Q2 2026) – Step into the brutal perspective of Brujah Sheriff Benny Muldoon, whose relentless methods highlight Seattle’s darker underbelly. Comes with a Benny-inspired outfit for Phyre.
- The Flower & the Flame (Q3 2026) – Experience the story of Toreador Primogen Ysabella Moore, pursuing her haunting magnum opus. Includes a Ysabella-inspired outfit for Phyre.

Both Story Packs are part of the Premium Edition Expansion Pass or can be purchased separately.
Physical editions are being released in collaboration with PLAION, including the Day One Edition ($59.99/€59.99) and a limited Premium Edition ($89.99/€89.99) featuring the base game, Expansion Pass, exclusive character cards, a themed journal, and a Steelbook case.
In Bloodlines 2, players take on the role of Phyre, an elder vampire navigating nine nights in Seattle’s dangerous World of Darkness. Balancing faction politics, vampiric Disciplines, and the ever-present threat of breaking the Masquerade, players will shape the fate of the city through alliances, betrayals, and moral choices.
