Publishers Konami and Annapurna Interactive, alongside developer Screen Burn Interactive, have debuted a 19-minute gameplay trailer for their upcoming psychological horror title, Silent Hill: Townfall. The game is scheduled to launch on September 24, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.

The video showcases two distinct sections within the residential Shorefront region of St. Amelia, a fog-shrouded island off the Scottish coast. Players follow protagonist Simon Ordell as he is summoned back to the isolated location to “make things right,” exploring decaying houses and apartments while confronting unseen threats lurking beneath the heavy mist.
In this standalone first-person adventure, Simon must navigate the deserted streets guided by mysterious voices coming from a portable CRTV that tunes into unstable signals. Armed with little more than his clothes, an IV bag, and a medical wristband, players must solve narrative-driven environmental puzzles, evade deadly threats, and piece together fragments of a tragic past.
