NVIDIA has released its latest GeForce Game Ready Driver, bringing DLSS 4.5 technology and day-one performance optimizations to several major releases, spearheaded by the official launch of Halo: Campaign Evolved. Graduating from its early access period, the game now features DLSS Super Resolution, Frame Generation, and NVIDIA Reflex support, with further performance boosts available through DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation via the NVIDIA app.
The driver update also optimizes systems for Bellring Games’ dark fantasy extraction title Mistfall Hunter (releasing July 29) and Limbic Entertainment’s pirate city-builder Corsair Cove (releasing July 31), both packing comprehensive DLSS and ray-tracing enhancements. Looking ahead, performance optimizations are locked in for the upcoming Gears of War: E-Day Multiplayer Open Beta, kicking off August 6 for pre-order holders and PC Game Pass subscribers ahead of the game’s full release on October 6.
Beyond new launches, existing titles such as The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu, Palworld 1.0, and Killing Floor 3’s Operation: Shadow Hunter update can now be upgraded to DLSS 4.5 via the NVIDIA app. Additionally, details were shared regarding Remedy Entertainment’s CONTROL Resonant, releasing September 24 with path tracing and starring new protagonist Dylan Faden, alongside a developer Q&A with Capcom detailing path tracing implementation in Resident Evil Requiem and PRAGMATA.
