DigixArt has now confirmed the official launch timings and PC system requirements for Tides of Tomorrow, ahead of its April 22 release for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
Set on the ocean-covered planet Elynd, Tides of Tomorrow unfolds in a world shaped by the aftermath of a catastrophic flood and a spreading condition known as plastification. The narrative follows a choice-driven structure where travel between floating settlements reveals different perspectives on a society under pressure, as inhabitants struggle to respond to an uncertain future.
Developed by the team behind Road 96, the game’s progression is built around decision-making and interconnected storytelling that extend beyond a single playthrough, with outcomes not only influenced by individual choices but also by actions taken by others within the broader community. This system introduces a shifting narrative layer, where external decisions can alter events and reshape how the story develops over time.
On PC, the confirmed specifications outline a relatively accessible baseline, with minimum requirements including an Intel Core i5-4460 or AMD Ryzen 3 2300U, paired with a GTX 1060 or RX 5700 and 16 GB of RAM. Recommended specifications raise the target to an Intel Core i5-8600K or Ryzen 5 3600XT, alongside an RTX 2060 Super or RX 5700 XT, maintaining the same memory requirements and storage footprint.
