Bandai Namco Entertainment and developer Iconik Studio have announced that the virtual reality horror title Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes will launch on April 24, 2026. The game will be available for PlayStation VR2, SteamVR on PC, and Meta Quest headsets, bringing the unsettling universe of the Little Nightmares series into first-person virtual reality for the first time.

A New Perspective on the Little Nightmares Universe
In Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes, players follow Dark Six as she attempts to reclaim a lost part of herself. The story centers on reuniting with another version of her identity in order to escape a terrifying fate.
The VR format places players directly inside the disturbing environments that define the series. Corridors, rooms, and oversized objects are designed to emphasize the vulnerability of a child navigating a grotesque world where danger hides in every shadow.
Exploration, Puzzles, and Mystery
Gameplay focuses on environmental puzzles, exploration, and narrative discovery. As players move through unfamiliar locations, they uncover clues connected to Six’s story and the mysterious Transmission, gradually piecing together the truth behind the world around them.
Along the way, players will encounter new enemies, hidden pathways, and fragmented memories that hint at deeper connections within the Little Nightmares universe.
