Minecraft Dungeons II Teases ‘The Sift’ Dimension in New Gameplay Trailer

A fresh gameplay trailer for Minecraft Dungeons II has unveiled The Sift, an entirely new dimension coming to the upcoming action-RPG sequel.

Mysterious rifts have begun tearing open across the Overworld, drawing hero squads into uncharted, hostile lands. Entering The Sift introduces high-stakes encounters against alien threats alongside new options to customize loadouts and battle styles. Alongside exploring this new dimension, players must save the continent from a rising dark power. The game builds on the original’s action-RPG foundation with brand-new regions and enemy types.

Co-developers Mojang Studios and Double Eleven, alongside publisher Xbox Game Studios, are bringing the sequel to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam and Microsoft Store) on September 29, 2026. Anyone who pre-orders the title will receive exclusive cosmetic items, including the Twisted cape, a Twisted Chicken pet, and two custom hero skins.
