Set as a standalone origin story, 007 First Light places players in the role of a 26-year-old Bond at the very start of his path toward earning 00 status. After a bold act earns him a place in MI6’s training program, he is assigned to a high-stakes mission alongside a reluctant mentor, only to uncover a deeper conspiracy tied to a rogue agent.
The new footage emphasizes stealth, preparation, and adaptability—core pillars shaping both the gameplay and Bond’s early career.
007 First Light is set to launch on May 27 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (via Steam & Epic Games Store), with the Nintendo Switch 2 version arriving later this summer.
