Misterial Games and publisher Fulqrum Publishing have shared an updated roadmap for Stygian: Outer Gods, their Lovecraft-inspired horror RPG currently in Early Access on PC via Steam since April 14, 2025.

The first content update, Souls of the Silent Tide, is already live, introducing new features and voice-overs. Next up, players can expect the addition of The Mansion, a new location in Kingsport that will bring unsettling foes, fresh quests, artifacts, weapons, and deeper narrative layers.
Alongside these expansions, the developers are preparing a patch to resolve missing localization lines and other errors before pushing forward with the next chapter.

Set in the shared universe of Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones, the game places players in Kingsport, a fog-draped settlement steeped in occult mysteries and cosmic dread. After surviving a shipwreck, the protagonist must uncover the town’s secrets, confront grotesque enemies, and endure both physical and psychological torment while resisting the looming influence of the Outer Gods.
Blending roleplaying mechanics, branching storylines, and an atmosphere inspired by the works of H.P. Lovecraft, Stygian: Outer Gods offers players the chance to explore eerie environments, craft remedies and tools, and shape their journey toward multiple possible endings—though every choice may carry irreversible consequences.
