DaRmaZat Publisher SEGA and developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio have released a new gameplay trailer for STRANGER THAN HEAVEN, spotlighting the action-adventure title’s show business mechanics.
Spanning 50 years across five distinct historical eras (1915, 1929, 1943, 1951, and 1965) in multiple Japanese cities, STRANGER THAN HEAVEN follows protagonist Makoto Daito through a multi-generational saga focused on atmosphere, dynamic combat, and character-driven side activities.
The latest footage details how players will navigate the music industry by discovering musical inspiration across the environment, writing and recording songs, managing stage performances, and promoting live shows, all set against a jazz-inspired soundtrack.
STRANGER THAN HEAVEN launches January 15, 2027, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store, alongside day-one availability on Xbox Game Pass.
