Longdue Games has announced that its upcoming narrative isometric RPG Hopetown has passed 75,000 wishlists on Steam.

Developed by former Disco Elysium writers including Martin Luiga and Olga Moskvina, Hopetown takes place in New Greenwich, an isolated mining town left stranded decades after a massive solar flare destroyed global electronics. A corporate conspiracy, reports of missing miners, and a halt in the flow of the vital resource Quicksilver soon draw you into an investigation as a local journalist.
You can choose between three journalist types and investigate by taking photos, interviewing characters, and finding contradictions in the environment. With your choices affecting political factions, public popularity, and the state of the map, you’ll also decide how to present each story,
Hopetown is currently in development for PC via Steam, with a release date yet to be announced.
