Independent developer Eldamar Studio has released the second official trailer for its upcoming psychological horror game, Lucid Falls. The game is set to launch via Steam.

Debuting today during The MIX Summer Showcase, the new video delivers another look at the title’s Unreal Engine-powered environments, building upon the aesthetic framework originally showcased during last year’s Day of the Devs Game Awards presentation. The footage concludes with a brief, early look at in-development gameplay mechanics.
Based in Calgary, Canada, Eldamar Studio focuses on deep psychological horror, designing Lucid Falls around the concept of a shifting, hostile lucid dream. Players find themselves trapped within a surreal subconscious reality and must navigate a series of nightmare landscapes to survive.
Lucid Falls‘s core gameplay loop introduces reality-bending puzzles, requiring players to actively manipulate gravity, spatial dimensions, and time to bypass obstacles and discover hidden progression paths. According to Creative Director Yurii Radkevych, the development team is focusing heavily on generating a tense, dreamlike atmosphere through a combination of cinematic visuals, stylized environmental design, complex sound design, and distinct monster encounters.
While a firm release date has not been finalized, the project is officially open for wishlisting on Steam, where future development updates will be shared.
