Publisher Ysbryd Games and developer Necrosoft Games have delayed the release of Demonschool from September 3 to November 19. The decision was made to avoid launching directly alongside Hollow Knight: Silksong, which is scheduled for September 4.

Ysbryd emphasized that this will be the game’s final delay, noting that the additional time will also allow the developers to integrate more content, including extra endings and minigames, into the launch version.
Set on a mysterious island university, Demonschool is a school life strategy RPG where players control Faye, the last living heir of a demon-hunting legacy, and her band of fellow students. Between attending classes and building relationships, players will engage in stylish, grid-based tactical battles against otherworldly threats. The game blends Italian horror cinema aesthetics with modern persona-like school sim elements, promising a mix of story-driven character drama and strategic combat.
Demonschool will be available for PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
