Marslit Games and publisher Neon Doctrine have announced that Altheia: The Wrath of Aferi will launch in full on August 21 at 10 AM PDT/19:00 CEST for PC via Steam. A console release on Xbox platforms is planned for Q1 2026, with Steam Deck verification also on the way.

Previously, we shared an early preview of the game. Now, the full adventure is almost here—and it’s kicking off with a Carnival of Chaos Steam event running through August 4.
Set in the vibrant but imperiled world of Atarassia, Altheia follows reluctant Guardian Lili and apprentice Monk Sadi as they form an uneasy alliance to stop a divine force bent on revenge. In the shadow of a personal tragedy, Lili is pulled into a fight against the spreading corruption of the Void—a mysterious force that threatens both the spirit realm and the living world.
Drawing clear inspiration from early 2000s 3D action-adventures, the game features sprawling, puzzle-rich dungeons, oversized boss battles, and a dynamic two-character system that blends martial combat with elemental magic. Players must coordinate Lili and Sadi’s unique abilities to navigate hostile environments, battle Void monsters, and unravel the deeper mystery behind Aferi, the world’s vengeful creator.
Altheia: The Wrath of Aferi is powered by Unity and will launch with full localization in over ten languages, including English, Japanese, Spanish (LatAm), French, German, Portuguese (Brazil), and both Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
